“What should I see when I log-in?”
First, this welcome message. Each login from here on out should take you to the screen that contains a list of all the available cuts.

“How do I play audio, download, print, and view?”

“How do I download multiple cuts in a zip file?”
At the end of each line of audio there is a checkbox. Click the checkbox for a few audio cuts and a big blue button will appear above the list that says “Download Zip.” Clicking this button will present you with a standard browser download dialog. Save the zip file to your desired location and open the zip to locate the mp3 files.

“How do I receive email notifications about new content and alert levels?”
*** This option is only available to clients who carry the appropriate programming and access level.
Click on the “My Account” link and then click on the “Subscriptions” tab. This is where you can manage subscriptions that you have enabled either at the page level, or content type, or categories (for example: only level 2 alerts and level 0.) Note: If you select the Alert Level content type then you do not need to select individual alert levels in the categories section.

 
“How do I receive push notifications about new content and alert levels on my smartphone?”

“How do I receive SMS notifications about programming alerts?”
*** This option is only available to clients who carry the appropriate programming and access level.
Click on the “My Account” link, then click on the “Edit” tab, and finally click on "Mobile SMS" link. Enter your 10 digit phone number and click submit. You will receive a code that you must enter into the next screen in order to start SMS service.

At any time after you sign up you can reply STOP to stop future messages, or log in to your account and disable the Mobile SMS feature by deleting your phone number.
 

“What email address should I list in my account?”
Managing email lists can be a daunting task as we’ve learned in our previous website. In our new design we have simplified this process by only requesting one email address. If you have other team members that need to receive notifications, then you should check the "Users" menu option under "My Account." Any users created MUST contain the stations call letters as part of the username. Accounts without the call letters will be modified. *** This option is only available to clients who carry the appropriate programming and access level.
